Amy Cook

Amy is an aspiring Textile designer from Braintree in Essex. She is currently in her second year of studying Surface and pattern design at Leeds Arts University.

Loving drawing since she was very little, Amy wanted to turn her favourite hobby into her everyday career so that she could use her artistic hand to inspire and influence people and their homes. Amy has always been fascinated and inspired by animals and the magic of nature and aims to capture the essence of this within her intricately painted designs. Her work is aimed at people who share her love of the natural world and care about its future. To create her artwork and patterns, Amy uses a range of mediums from water colour to gouache to creating simplistic fine liner illustrations.
