In 2020, like so many others, and was made redundant as a result of the pandemic. This pushed them into giving the candle business a proper go.  The name Bes & Joe comes from my 2 beautiful children Besi and Josef. 

​

As a one man show Bes&Joe is a small business, this means that each candle is hand poured and made with love. This small business priority has always been to use the highest quality ingredients, but keeping the price affordable and not selling anything they wouldn’t burn in there own home. Which is such a great starting point for a small business.
